The Inaugural Session on November 2009 and Valedictory Session on November 2009 shall be held in Plenary in Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi.

Besides Key Note Addresses on a few specified themes shall be held in plenary. The details are being worked out and shall be notified after the arrangements are confirmed.
