The recommendations of all the Thematic Sessions have been compiled in 4 main Thematic Clusters. Moderator of each cluster drafted an Outcome Document that was presented in the Plenary Session on 6 November 2009 between 1400 and 1530 hrs as under.

  3. Man-made Disasters
  4. Policy, Planning and Cross Cutting Issues

These Outcome Documents are open for comments and suggestions from the Session Chairs, Rapporteurs and Delegates. The comments may be sent to the Moderator of the respective Thematic Cluster and copied to the facilitator, who would be coordinating with the moderators in finalizing the Outcome Document.
