Congress Kit shall be issued to every person registered for the Congress. The Kit would contain the following items:
  • Congress Bag
  • A copy of Abstracts
  • Conference stationary - Pen (1), pencil (1), writing pad (1)
  • Invitation card/ Car Parking for Inaugural Function (if not sent)
  • Invitation Card for Dinner
  • Invitation card for Valedictory Function
  • Congress Programme
  • Badge

Kits shall be issued on the following two days:

  1. From 11 AM onwards on 3rd November 2009 at the Reception of National Institute of Disaster Management, I.P Estate, IIPA Campus, Mahatma Gandhi Road New Delhi
  2. From 12 noon onwards on 4th November 2009 at the Reception of Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi
