The
Inaugural Session on 29th November 2006 and Valedictory
Session on 30th Session shall be held in Plenary Hall at the
Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi.
Besides
Key Note addresses on a few specified themes shall be held
in plenary of Thematic Clusters on 29th November 2006. The details are being
worked out and shall be notified after the arrangements are
confirmed.
The
detailed programme of the Plenary Sessions shall be notified
separately.
