The travel arrangements for all the expert invitees from outside India who have been sponsored by the Conference Secretariat shall be made by the Event Manager. The participants are requested to register online for finalizing their travel plan. In case they are making their own arrangements they must get it confirmed by Event Manager to facilitate reimbursements.
Accommodation arrangements for the participants have been made in Hotel The Ashok, Hotel Samrat, Hotel Janpath and few other hotels. Accommodation arrangements for the participants sponsored by the Conference Secretariat have been made by the Event Manager. Participants should get in touch with Event Manager for confirmation of the arrangements made.
Other participants may either make their own arrangements or request the Event Manager to make arrangements. For details please see the section on Accommodation and Travel.
