Flight details will help to facilitate your arrival at reception.
On arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi please look for the Facilitation Counters set up for 2nd Asian Ministerial Conference before immigration. Staff at the Counter will assist you in facilitating the Immigration Clearance/Customs/Transport.
Ministers will be received at the aerobridge and escorted to the Ceremonial Lounge. And all other delegates will be assisted at the Facilitation Counter in pre-immigration area.
All the invitees who have confirmed their participation in the Conference are requested to register on line at http://amcdrrindia.com/registration.asp in case not yet registered.
